Infrared Imaging ISG K6900 Spectra-Scan

Get your maintenance problems in hand; try the power of the ISG K6900!

The new K6900 has it all! It combines all of the latest technologies to create the first predictive maintenance thermal imaging camera that fits in the palm of your hand. The K6900 integrates a high-resolution visible-spectrum camera and a laser pointer with a high-performance fully-radiometric infrared camera. All of this is packaged ergonomically for ease of use.

On-Board Analysis Tools

Locate and measure hard to find trouble spots with the K6900's full suite of non-contact temperature measurement tools from -40°C to 2000°C. The K6900 offers 10 moveable spots, 5 moveable areas, line profiling, and isothermal analysis. For increased accuracy of multiple temperature measurements, the K6900 allows the end user to set the specific target emmissivity and distance to target for each of the analysis tools. The built-in Delta T function can be applied to any two of the temperature measurement tools.

Advanced Temperature Tracking

No need to manually move a single temperature measurement spot when the K6900 can do it for you. The K6900 offers the thermographer the choice of size and location of the area for auto, high or low temperature tracking. Prevent incorrect readings and misplaced cursors and let the K6900 do it for you.

One Hand Operation

Designed for ease of use, the K6900 SpectraScan offers one-button auto-span and range that adjusts the image for optimum image definition and clarity. Thermographers can clearly identify potential problem areas while viewing sharp, clear images through the built-in reciprocating high-resolution viewfinder or on the fold-out 3.5" TFT LCD. For remote control applications, the fold-out LCD can be transferred to the remote control cradle and cable assembly (included) for easy over-head viewing.

Built In Full Color Visual Spectrum Camera

Decrease the time and equipment necessary to gather information by using the built-in high resolution visual spectrum camera to capture your reference images. Capture both thermal and visual images with the press of a single button. The K6900 makes use of picture-in-picture technology allowing the user to view the thermal and visual images simultaneously.

Smart Image Storage

For ease of image retrieval the K6900 creates a "folder of the day" based on the calendar day on which the images were captured. In the "folder of the day" both thermal and matched visual images are stored according to time and date. To increase the speed of the survey, the K6900 automatically stores a matching visual image without any additional key strokes required.

On-Board Digital Image and Voice Recording

Improve the efficiency of your thermographic surveys with fast image capture and voice recording. The K6900 is capable of storing 500 thermal and visual images with up to 30 seconds of embedded audio per image on convenient removable compact flash-memory cards.
